Hi all!
So I was originally starting this as addition to my journals; but, then I decided to incorporate it into my You Tube Vlogs. I'm currently unsure how often I will blog, if I'll blog what I'm already journaling, and if I'll blog about vlogs I'l working on.
So a little about me if your not coming from my Fan Page on Facebook OR from my YouTube.
My Name is Katie; but, I go by Katie or Kate... I am from Kingsport, TN. I lived there with my mom and brother; til; she had a bad car accident that left us living with our dad. My dad was basically a traveling salesman; he was selling business supplies in flea markets in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, but lived in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our first summer living with him we traveled with him. Once school started he didn't travel his route for out of out of town business; but, sold to local flea markets and local businesses.
Where I live is 2 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. My first job was a Old Time Photo, that bought bags from my dad, while I did enjoy the company of the people I worked with I was going to school and didn'tsee a future for myself in the company so I left. I next went to work for a big company;which I will not name although I might have mentioned it in my vlogs, and finished my Associates Degree in Hotel Management. I also enjoyed the people I worked with there; however, because they worked us so hard I kept catching colds I couldn't shake. I finally decided it was time to leave once they accused me of taking time off to be with my boyfriend; we had just started dating and every day I was sick he was working,who worked in a different department. I've worked for another big company I won't name; but, because of a shortage of hours for me to work last year I was let go and told that they hoped I would reapply in the spring (I didn't). I've been working with my dad and brother at our Pool Store; my dad had a back injury in 2002 that collapsed his retail supply business and wanted to start something new. We opened a small retail store for customer's to come to last year and our business has gone up. Working with my family is top 2 of my jobs I've worked, but I stay because it pays the bills and is close to my house.
Personally, I own the house my dad raised my brother and me in. My boyfriend ; whom I worked with and left the job at because of insinuations, lives with me. We have no pets,room mates or kids right now. We have a couple of nieces and nephews that are all 10 years or younger. We've been together for just over 2 1/2 years at the beginning of September.
