Moving...

...again. Recently our landlord decided he was going to sell the place we're in. We decided we would get something smaller. We finally found a place we like and closed last week. We've been moving our stuff in the last few days. It's 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, game room, and nice backyard. I want to either adopt a pet or foster. Not sure yet I need to get a new job first.

Paranormal/Spooky Moment...

Happy New Year!

So since July of 2015 there's been odd things happening at my home. Ok honestly since February when we moved in to care for dying family member; they passed at the end of June. Off and on I feel like I'm being watched in my room, several people claim the same or say the hear noises (however notices I just chalk up to the house being old). There have been 2 deaths in the house that I'm aware of, both family one from cancer the other old age. Well today I could swear on a bible I heard by boyfriend cussing in the kitchen, so I come down stairs. As I round the corner I see him in the kitchen and ask him what's his problem. He replies that he doesn't know what I'm talking about, so I tell him what I heard and he said it wasn't him maybe the neighbors. The neighbors as far as I'm aware are not home, no cars at home for any neighbors.  The other person that was also at home also said he hadn't said a word.

That was my experience today of creepy happenings in my house. Now you can say that perhaps one of my neighbors was possibly hidden from my view, that is possible I don't know... They could have gone back in by the time we looked out the windows. Maybe it was someone passing by? I don't know. What I do know is that it sounded like it was from a room over and a floor down; which is the kitchen when your coming out of my room. It was also my boyfriends voice and tone.

Adult Coloring Book

Hello family!!

So yes I've been gone a while, feels like years. So I've taken up coloring in Adult Coloring Book. Does any body else color??

So I feel like I've been super depressed lately and really anxious. Also, my boyfriend's mom died this summer. I've had a lot on my mind, right now I don't wanna go into it but some stuff has worked its self out.

I've joined a few east apps to make a little extra cash for things I already do: buying stuff and going to places. Two apps I've been using are apps that give you points for receipts that you upload: Receipt Hog & Receipt Pal. The other app I've been using is gRate Friends its a app that allows you to rate businesses and places your already going to and after so many points they send you a pre-paid Visa with money (but its like 3,000 points and you can only make like around 60 points daily). All 3 are free smart phone apps. If you want to join gRate friends you can use my sponsor code: kowens and here is a link for more info. Receipt Pal has no join codes but Receipt Hog has a code you can use and we cant both get points, mine is FRUNK537.

Anyway I had a gift card I got from Receipt Hog for $30.00 to Amazon.com so I decided to order a couple Adult coloring books and get some colored pencils ( I've always loved Crayola brand).

I've joined a few Coloring groups on FaceBook, and even made my own (Coloring for All Ages). I've also started going to stuff around town like event's my local museum and to events downtown.

Well that I think is gonna be it for now. Hopefully I will start coming back at least weekly or every few days to chat with you!

Kindness

Many of you may have seen R.A.Ks (random acts of kindness) going around in social media. People should really try to be kind to everyone. It doesn't have to be big or all day. One act of kindness can change a person's life.

R.A.K. I try to do:

  1. My mother-in-law has been sick for many years. Many seem like they don't want to give her the time of day unless its to fuss about something she's doing or done. So when I see her I'll talk to her about what she's been up to and what she's been watching. It doesn't seem like much but for a person who liked to socialize, but doesn't get to now, it means a lot.
  2. If I'm coming out of a store and someone is close and coming in I'll hold the door for them; especially if their older, have small children, or have their hands full.
  3. I don't do this often but I try to go to the retirement homes to visit the people who live there. Many of them never have anyone who comes to visit them.
  4. Anytime I clean out my house or closet I ask around to my friends and family to see if they need anything I'm getting ride of. If they don't then I donate what I don't need/use to Goodwill or clothing/food drives. I just recently moves so this just happened in the last week.
  5. I collect my grocery bags in a bag. When I get multiple bag fulls I donate them to local food banks. I also use them around the house and in the car as trash bags.

Move

So moving day has come and gone. 90% of what I have is in storage and probably 9% is partially unpacked where I'm staying, and the last 1% I had to leave behind because I either have no room or can't afford a larger storage area right now. I've been leaving my computer at work so its one less thing I have to keep up with. Since I work with my family I'll know who took it if it goes missing.

I'm currently staying in Conway, South Carolina with my boyfriend while I continue to look for a cheap apartment or home to rent. While I was packing I found a book I forgot I had called "The Book of Fabulous Questions" By Penelope Frohart. It has a variety of questions ranging from love, sex, and other stuff.I'll probably make a list and make a new video for my channel on YouTube. I also have plans for two other videos once I get settled.

My currently Vlog plans:

  • Fabulous Questions
  • End of the Year Freebie Haul
  • Follow me Around: Conway River Walk

  8. Lots of space under my desk for a variety of things from office supplies to snacks.
  9. In walking distance of my current home, granted in a few days I'll be living between 10 to 15 miles from work.
